Yes, there is no restriction as such in regards to the educational or degree qualification. If you are a Commerce or an Arts student, you can still learn and appear for the global certification exam.
The associate level exams are charged $150 + Taxes. The Professional and Specialty level certifications are charged $300 + Taxes.
